1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
2. Domestic Shipping (Ireland)
We offer the following shipping options within Ireland:

4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at imarts.store.ie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.
